North America’s largest distributor of luxury goods & accessories is hiring a Brand Coordinator in Los Angeles. 

Typical Tasks

  • Analyze/Prepare initial offers from our suppliers to be reviewed with Brand manager.
  • Creates product offering recaps- spreadsheets and pivot tables based on current and future ATS.
  • Inventory analysis and heavy reporting of inventory database.
  • Weekly Reporting: including but not limited to Open Orders, Sales Histories, Allocation reports, Open Purchase reports, Received reports.
  • Manages in-season POs with accounts including PO breakouts, EDIs, ship windows revisions, proforma invoices, etc.
  • Vendor Relationship and communication.

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or buying support role.
  • fashion wholesale experience preferred.
  • Related experience working in an off-price and/or full price buying environment.
  • Advanced excel reporting skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, formatting, etc.)
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager, self-starter and quick to learn.
  • Retail math experience
  • RLM training is a plus
