North America’s largest distributor of luxury goods & accessories is hiring a Brand Coordinator in Los Angeles.
Typical Tasks
- Analyze/Prepare initial offers from our suppliers to be reviewed with Brand manager.
- Creates product offering recaps- spreadsheets and pivot tables based on current and future ATS.
- Inventory analysis and heavy reporting of inventory database.
- Weekly Reporting: including but not limited to Open Orders, Sales Histories, Allocation reports, Open Purchase reports, Received reports.
- Manages in-season POs with accounts including PO breakouts, EDIs, ship windows revisions, proforma invoices, etc.
- Vendor Relationship and communication.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or buying support role.
- fashion wholesale experience preferred.
- Related experience working in an off-price and/or full price buying environment.
- Advanced excel reporting skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, formatting, etc.)
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager, self-starter and quick to learn.
- Retail math experience
- RLM training is a plus
