Partnerships & Corporate Sales Coordinator

The Partnerships & Corporate Sales Coordinator will help to provide direct support to the Licensing, Collaborations and Corporate Sales team at the brand. Reporting into the Director of Licensing, Collaborations and Corporate Sales, the ideal candidate will work closely to support and to contribute to the overall sales channel growth


  • Work cross-functionally with team members to support the channel needs and ensure each partnership and corporate sale runs smoothly
  • Operate as support for external relations, providing partners with information in a timely manner to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Manage data entry in licensee portals and upload purchase orders into Netsuite
  • Support Corporate Sales channel by assisting in every step of the process from building prospecting lists, establishing outreach, checking inventory, ensuring the process is seamless from seed to sale and providing the best customer service experience as possible
  • Track corporate sales month to month and generate sales-related reports
  • Partner with and support Director as we evolve channel strategy by creating sales materials, case studies and program recaps
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2 years of Sales experience in a similar role, preferably in retail, start up or e-commerce based company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience in Netsuite preferred
  • Experience in managing timelines both internally and externally
  • Must have “no task is too small” mentality! The Ideal candidate takes on all tasks with positive can-do attitude to support the Partnerships and Corporate channel
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, startup environment
