Rapidly growing Accessory Company looking for Outbound Associate to manage the rapid growth in wholesale order processing and fulfillment. This role is the primary point of contact on wholesale shipments for all 3PL warehouses and provides clear communication regarding shipping statuses and invoicing to company's team members and external clients.

Responsibilities

SUPPLY CHAIN

• Collaborate with Inbound Logistics counterpart to establish inventory availability dates of incoming shipments.

• Partner with sales ops to identify any red flag shipments that will require adjustments and communication of updated available dates.

• Manage all 3PL warehouses in end-to-end wholesale order processing, invoicing, and inventory accuracy tasks.

• Support in Net Suite integration as needed

O U T B O U N D S H I P P I N G , O R D E R MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Facilitate and establish priorities to provide a high level of customer service to our wholesale customers.

• Review customer routing guides and standards regularly to ensure compliance and notify sales team of exemption requirements.

• Identify and troubleshoot any order challenges, such as shipping discrepancies and order processing issues, and develop a resolution priority.

• Quickly and concisely relay problems when necessary to relevant team members with suggested solutions

• Manage new customer entry and customer detail updates in ERP system.

• Partner with the sales team to ensure orders are flagged as ready to ship ahead of ship window openings.

• Communicate with international clients regarding freight forwarder information and providing all relevant import documents.

• Send orders/pick tickets to 3PL’s for all wholesale order processing.

• Notify prepay accounts for upcoming charges and release of goods.
• Receive, generate, and check pre-ticket labels for major clients.

• Continuously follow up with 3PL provider to ensure that orders are shipping on schedule and communicate delays.

• Oversee customer routing and shipping guideline compliance.

• Manage incoming EDI purchase orders, including requesting transmissions, order maintenance, PO receiving and accuracy, overseeing catalogs, correcting ASN errors, and ensuring invoices are transmitted back to customers.

• Review daily reporting to monitor shipping and billing flow and communicate out.
• Generate weekly shipping status report to communicate out to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years relevant experience with 3PL warehouses, logistics and accounting in fashion or fashion adjacent companies.

• Previous experience with Net Suite required, RLM and Bergen Logistics a plus.

• Extremely strong grasp of Excel.

• Ability to evaluate problems and effectively communicate technical and non-technical issues to peers and customers in a timely manner.

• A self-starter that can work independently with critical thinking and creative problem-solving behaviors.

• Tech savvy, with skills in navigating tools within the company quickly and efficiently.

• Strength in building and maintaining relationships and fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect across key partners, internally and externally.

• Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to balance priorities and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.

• Must exhibit a range of communication styles and thoughtful understanding of how and to whom to apply them.
