Talent Acquisition Manager

Source and recruit for open roles across all brands, from job creation, to scheduling, through new hire onboarding to ensure Best-In-Class experience ? Manage pipeline of all candidates, ensuring diversity in talent pool. ? Own request for New Hire workflow, with appropriate documentation with all internal partners; train new hires on workflow, when necessary. ? Build and own employer branding across review pages (eg Glassdoor; Built in NYC). ? Onboard applicant tracking system (ATS). ? Work with Senior Manager, Human Resources to implement focused interview strategy and train team members on hosting effective interviews. ? Complete compensation analysis for all open roles to confirm competitive compensation in varying markets. ? Partner with Senior Manager, Human Resources on extensions of talent acquisition including recognition programming, culture initiatives and additional buckets of the employee lifecycle.
