Sr. Brand Marketing Manager
Direct-to-consumer fine jewelry e-com startup is hiring a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager! The company has grown double digits since launch and expanded to a 30+ person team with 4 stores across the US. They have large ambitions to become the #1 jewelry brand out there by changing the rules of the game. Company has amazing traction to date which enabled them to raise a significant VC-backed Series A funding round leading to an exponential acceleration of their growth.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and develop marketing briefs and plans for brand-defining initiatives and key brand-driving product launches. You will lead the campaign planning and key marketing initiatives for the brand—which includes creating and driving a comprehensive marketing calendar in tandem with cross-functional teams. Reporting into SVP of Marketing and working closely with our founders, you’ll be the keeper of our brand, community and culture. You will also manage a team, starting with 2-3 people.
What you’ll be doingMARKETING AND PRODUCT LAUNCH CALENDAR: create and implement plans that benefit brand awareness and growth devise brand marketing calendar and own communication of key milestones, priorities and deadlines; identify major product storylines, developing the narrative across capsule launches, manage the budgets, content, creative and initiatives around key campaign milestones drive short- and long-term brand initiatives, prioritizing the projects that will have the highest impact on the business, and then putting a roadmap in place to achieve our goals CREATIVE DIRECTION: concept campaigns, set the creative direction or work with relevant parties to do so and execute on assets creation (e.g. photo shoots) and marketing collaterals creation, oversee graphic design and external creatives coordinate feedback from key stakeholders to execute briefs, kick off projects and ensure assets are maximized across channels ensure messaging is consistent and/or differentiated as needed ORGANIC GROWTH: foster organic growth across all channels, using both traditional and new + innovative tactics be creative, understand what’s on-brand and how to leverage opportunities and channels to make an impact BRAND PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS: establish and execute on partnerships, collaborations and influencer initiatives that position Aurate as the leader in DTC luxury jewelry SOCIAL PLANNING AND COMMUNITY: lead the development of tactics to grow Aurate’s online audience and engagement levels across all social channels think community first, and establish both on and offline ways to grow and foster the Aurate community LEADERSHIP: Support the development of a diverse team and contribute to a culture of creativity and creating brand impact; constantly evolve and improve the brand process
