Senior Graphic Designer
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide graphic design strategies, layouts and design identities that support the Brand aesthetic and voice across all digital platforms. Leads a team that is responsible for the visual creation of all brand, promotions and messaging across all digital platforms. This would include graphics for the homepage, emails, content pages and new brand and new product launches. Manage and lead the digital design team ensuring campaign and brand strategies are executed across all digital platforms seamlessly Design visual presentations in collaboration with the Creative Director that clearly communicate concepts and deliver the campaign message Work with cross functional team to execute ideas as well as provide knowledge and expertise to direct other individuals/agencies when necessary Develop, Create and provide layout and designs that meets the brand standards and campaign initiatives Work with creative director, Art directors, copy writers and photo studio to develop layouts and compositions that are fully integrated, digital first and realize the original intent across multiple touch points. Ability to solve end to end visual problems and design systems Ability to effectively present and communicate to senior leadership Manage all print production as needed Manage color correction and image retouching. Maintain image library, file archives, and marketing portfolio. Responsible for electronic publishing and prepping files to meet specifications of vendors.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Art/Design with focus on Graphic Design Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including expert level in Adobe Photoshop Experienced in graphic design, typography, and layout Experienced in color management Knowledge of printing trade, especially experience attending press checks Experience in personnel management Detail oriented Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
