Responsibilities:Request and closely monitor WIP reports from each factory, make updates in the system, and use RLM to run production shipping status reports. Participate in fittings and ensure all expected fit samples have arrived and were reviewed according to the production calendar. Review bulk fabric submits against approved standards and communicate comments to the vendor. Create and maintain bulk commitments after buy meetings, updating units as needed. Responsible for creating and issuing production PO’s in RLM. Set up the style master as well as upload estimate and final costs for all styles each season. Review and approve UPC and care label layouts. Approve production shipments and bookings with the freight forwarder. Set up template and input information for Sketch Costing. Reconcile production invoices and packing lists against production PO’s. Request and track all photo samples for sales and e-commerce. Issue fabric and trim purchase orders for Denim production. Log TOPs and pass to logistics to send to archives.
Required Skills:Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with Adobe Illustrator/ InDesign. A natural ability to multitask while strictly adhering to deadlines. High level of communication experience with overseas vendors and factories. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with outstanding follow up skills. Experienced in working in RLM. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly growing and expanding company.
