Key Roles & Responsibilities:Provide strategic counsel and direction for overall PR & media relations plans Oversee and execute direct press outreach, media events, media calls, collateral, crisis communications support and press material development. Proactively and reactively propose PR programs for existing and new client briefs that positively position clients to achieve specific objectives aligning closely with marketing campaigns, using communications tools and practices, to reinforce the company ideology and message Develop, plan, and provide strategic oversight of media and relevant cultural landscape. Foresee, develop and maintain PR budgets where needed Develop media releases and PR content working with internal production and influencer marketing teams as well as external agencies Oversee required weekly, monthly and annual reporting Develop and maintain relevant media relations and cultural network for clients and company
Criteria:Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically including expertise in AP style. At least 7-10 years of PR experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience supervising employees.
