Looking for a passionate and proactive Partnership Success Assistant to join our growing PSM team in the US. As a Partnership Success Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing key client insights, supporting the onboarding of new retailers, and compiling feedback and requests directly from the client’s in-store teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding international business and gain hands on experience within an evolving organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Preparing weekly client insights for PSMs Analyzing associate transcripts and identifying key trends for PSMs Supporting the PSMs with the onboarding of new retailers during pilot launches, including working with implementation team to verify settings and input requirements Working closely with the Hero Support team to manage incoming requests from store associates Supporting the wider business with additional team tasks, including minor QA testing and product documentation

 

Requirements:

 

Native/Fluent in English. Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment having had the need to multi-task and work to tight deadlines Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired
