Manager of Growth Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES Strategize • Identify and utilize most appropriate digital platforms to drive target audience and outline channel & campaign strategies to support overall digital engagement and communication. • Create the paid digital media marketing strategy, lay out an execution plan with clear priorities, milestones & goals – getting buy-in from key stakeholders. • Manage the overall budget for performance marketing. Adopting flexible spend model without having a fixed budget approach where the focus will be on overall performance and contribution to business KPIs • Set up, manage and optimize all digital marketing channels focusing on customer acquisition, mainly SEM, Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram), and Remarketing.  

Setup & Optimize: • Set up new campaigns with the optimal campaign structure. • Run keyword research to capture the true search intent and structure/optimize by it. • Analyze social media behavior of the brand’s target audience to identify Paid Social targeting. • Layout campaign messages, ad texts and provide input for creatives. • Conduct series of tests with the right setup to extract new learnings, continuously analyze data to translate insights into opportunities, campaign decisions, and new test ideas. • Maintain good overall account quality and health, applying best practices on all channels. • Ongoing CPC and campaign budget optimization to increase revenue performance and ROI on all accounts, contributing to the overall performance. Evaluate ROI: • Establish a solid measurement framework to accurately measure return on investment. • Provide insight for creative and effective implementation of a wide variety of campaigns and provide regular reporting for key stakeholders. • Use web analytics tools to analyze overall digital marketing performance Manage Relationships: • Manage relationships to onboard and engage stakeholders both internally and externally for impeccable execution of the digital marketing strategy. • Support technical department for the necessary tech implementations for digital marketing efforts. • Support company events with relevant ads where needed. • Work with other marketing units for integrated communication.  

Deliver results: • Layout projects and define milestones for success. • Establish responsibilities with internal teams and 3rd parties, assign accountabilities and continuously monitor progress to achieve digital marketing project milestones. • Scale and optimize performance marketing channels to achieve sales and revenue goals. Report: • Periodically report to management team on performance marketing results and progress.
