HR Administrator



Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The Human Resources Administrator will work directly with the Head of People, and be the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding, and over the course of their employee experience. This role will report directly into the Head of People.


You will make an impact by:

Transition new hires into our onboarding process, including system setup,completion of HR onboarding paperwork, email setup, and team communications Assist in new hire, , change, & termination paperwork in efforts to maintain the HRIS system Act as a point-of-contact for all employee questions Manage time off, along with the HR inbox and calendar Assist as needed in sourcing & supporting a candidate pipeline Assist in the roll out and maintenance of Employee Experience processes (goal setting, fast feedback, 360 reviews, etc) Book and coordinate all corporate travel  Curate team building events & work with leadership for offsite & culture related event planning Maintain office supplies, snacks, and office organization  Assist the Leadership Team, as needed, on miscellaneous business administration tasks Weekly employee census updates & uploads for systems
