The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing print and digital creative assets that maintain and enforce the brand standards across digital, e-commerce site, email, social, digital advertising, as well as print, retail, and event marketing collateral.Conceptualizing graphic campaigns and 360-degree marketing assets (digital, social, and retail) based on top-line collection direction. Develop a firm understanding of creative direction based on Creative Director and external graphic department’s vision and be able to produce collateral in-line with that direction Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, editorial and creative production teams in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment Support all digital initiatives across email, e-commerce site and social media with creative assets on a daily basis – including, banners, home page refreshes, site updates, as well as graphic support for social media campaigns Support all creative initiatives across retail, traditional marketing, and events with creative assets on a daily basis – including store signage, custom packaging, gifting concepts, custom branded elements Produce sales and marketing creative collateral such as lookbooks, menus, packaging, marketing pamphlets, etc. Manage the receiving and organization of photo shoot assets and image selects Adept at color-correcting/retouching and digital product mockups Adept at product management and able to juggle various initiatives occurring simultaneously Assist with social media photo assets as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working as a graphic designer for lifestyle brands. Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ability to fully execute and manage multiple projects following top-line direction from Creative Director’s and Co-Founders. Highly proficient with Slack, AirTable, Klaviyo, Adobe Illustrator, and PhotoShop. Possess strong creative problem-solving skills & demonstrates conceptual thinking: innovative, resourceful, diligent with a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography. Demonstrates ability to, maintain attention to detail while keeping overall business goals in mind. Ability to re-direct and prioritize based on evolving business needs. Has a clear understanding and passion of the Stoney Clover Lane brand vision.
