Field Training Representative

Description: 

 We seek a Field Training Representative for the Northeast region to represent our line of innovative LED-light beauty makeup mirrors. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, socially adept individual who is also professional, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make an expanding field organization a success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following three major components.

1. Store Calls

Representative is responsible for monthly, quarterly and bi-annual store calls within assigned territory which includes:

a. Building positive and mutually supportive relationships with store personnel and management as well as district and regional management.

b. Merchandising the product at every store call.

c. Replace all missing/damaged POP and displays at every store call.

d. Maintain an adequate amount of POP and trunk stock.

2. Training & Selling

Representative is responsible for all Store Trainings, Cluster Trainings, Regional Managers Trainings, Launch Trainings, and special events at all retailers within assigned territory.

3. Reporting

Daily

a. Maintain online call reports on all store calls, trainings and special events.

b. Upload pictures giving examples and descriptions of displays in the field.

Weekly

a. Participate in weekly field call to discuss updates, transitions, concerns and field issues.

b. Maintain expense reports to be submitted monthly.

Quarterly

a. Meet with Account Managers to share insights and discuss upcoming events and sales numbers.

b. Post online quarterly calendar for all proposed trainings, store calls and special events for the quarter.
