Facilities Coordinator

Special Projects – Installation and Event Support: • Hands on assistance with construction of displays and installations. • Supervision of 3rd party contractors during installations. • Assist with sourcing props for temporary and permanent use. • Assist with event design and organization as needed. Operations: • Ensure that all NY stores and the NY office is organized, clean and safe. • Serves in an “on call” capacity in case of after hour emergencies. • Conducts physical inspections of the facility, grounds, and premises. • Executes maintenance, both corrective and preventative, as needed • Maintain all facilities contracts and maintenance schedules including but limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, pest control. • Coordinate and partner with IT to help problem solve IT-related issues. • Maintain the highest safety standards in compliance with local laws, OSHA and best practices across the company. • Implement and maintain kitchen maintenance schedule. • Ensure fire alarm system is maintained in accordance with Fire Department Code and OSHA. • Ensure DGA alarm system is functioning without interruption and schedule maintenance whenever necessary. • Manage to budgeted/forecasted costs; look for ways to contain costs. • Assist with additional onsite tasks as needed
