Executive Assistant

Act as a gatekeeper and provide support to the C suite ensuring a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole. Manage calendars, schedule travel and coordinate all meetings for principals; provide general support such as processing expense reimbursement Assist Principals with all requested tasks and projects Manage the front desk, incl. answer phones, tending to guests, managing the conference room usage, etc. Oversee the office management, incl. ordering supplies, ensuring cleanliness and presentability of the office, facility maintenance, etc. Liaise with building management for all day-to-day facility issues, ensure building list accurately reflects current employee list; manage, issue and remove access badges as necessary Maintain relationship with local equipment vendor contacts and maintenance personnel, assess needs and recommend any additions to furniture, equipment or replacement as needed; assess alternative vendor resources from time to time to ensure the most effective procurement arrangements and competitive pricing; record, monitor, and enforce warranties
