Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager


Key responsibilities:

-Lead and manage communication external website partners

-Lead internal team to develop marketing strategies, merchandising, CRM, product fulfillment & customer service

-Schedule and manage all email marketing campaign & event invitations through Mailchimp.

-Increase & manage current email list to maximize conversion

-Analyze and provide insight and recommendations to improve customer experience, increase sales revenue, and optimize marketing performance.

-Monitor competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities

-Provide data and recommendations during all monthly email marketing meetings.

-Lead and execute fulfillment strategies for all large scale website campaigns with store fulfillment teams and Directors (Valentine’s Day,Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and any large PR campaigns).

-Evaluate & make recommendations on fulfillment and shipping efficiency.

-Provide recommendations quarterly on how to improve/build business through new tactics/strategies with new or existing external partners (such as Springbot, etc) and work with Director of Sales to execute one per month.

- Evaluate and propose new digital trends to improve conversion rates and advise changes to the site to improve and exceed conversion goals.

-Assist with Social Media efforts to ensure online marketing campaigns are reflected properly to benefit website and store sales

-Develop Steals and Deals website (and any other flash sales) and communicate with the website developer and troubleshoot all issues prior to launch date.

-Lead and manage communication between website team and retail stores.

-Develop website training materials and partner with Directors to roll out.

-Train new hires (and existing hires when directed) on Shopify.

-Manage all web user ID’s and authorizations.
