E-commerce Manager

Description: 

Run the company's website (merchandising, product assortment, inventory management, marketing, customer service, reporting, etc.) and develop social media (Instagram.)

 

Key Responsibilities:

Update website daily (product information content, merchandising, images optimization of product placement, coupon codes, sweepstakes, and copy) Set up marketing promotions such as private sales and updating promotional banners Program all marketing emails with email platform contact Copy Writing: oversee all copy and written communication for eCommerce Develop marketing calendar for homepage and emails Follow key performance metrics (source of traffic, conversion rate, etc.) Manage overall site performance; launch of new collections, website copy and photography Supervise external resources: web developers, graphic designer, Google agency, photographer, bloggers, affiliates, freelancers, Avalara tax resource and warehouse Supervise operations & customer service Develop budgets and monitor costs as well as provide performance analysis monthly to management CRM & SEO initiatives Inventory management/ Merchandising Lead the content creation and drive strategy on social Media (Instagram, Facebook) Creation of monthly calendar, advertising, engagement, reporting and strategic Influencer Partnerships.
