Director of Marketing


Exciting Fast Paced Agency is looking for a Director of Marketing that will drive the relaunch of the company’s website, social media campaigns, PR, lead generation and client retentions strategies. Looking for a dynamic self-starter who brings experience in b2b marketing including content creation, social media strategy, and trade industry engagement. 

The client is also looking for a candidate who has experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) on mailers, trade shows, events, social media, and PR. 

Collaboration and creativity are central to this role, as this person will work directly with various departments within the company 


Develop an integrated marketing and communications strategy to drive sales, build brand awareness and improve client retention strategies

Develop and manage an editorial strategy-- write or secure content for website and social media accounts

Manage lead generation strategies – including lookbooks, direct mail, email blasts and product showcases

Identify opportunities and devise PR strategies for key trade and business affiliations

Supervise execution of Marketing activities from strategy to production/design and results tracking Manage a marketing plan and budget while identifying and tracking KPI


Experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from beginning to end

Minimum of +5 years B2B marketing; agency experience is a plus

Sound understanding of marketing principles

Excellent writing, research and analytics skills; a strong design aesthetic

Experience in digital and direct response marketing

Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

Strong analytical and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or journalism; MBA preferred

Previous experience as a social media or marketing manager for B2B organizations

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus
