Director of Brand Strategy

Description: 
Create and execute innovative communications seasonal strategies for large national and global brands as well as niche designers Conceptualize and assist in execution of large and small scale press events Manage client PR budgets Align all cross-functional efforts (paid media, influencers, etc.) to build and implement a synergistic client plan Engage in regular communication with media outlets to optimize client exposure Secure strategic press coverage – both features/news items and product editorial in top national/regional long lead, short lead and online media outlets Maintain strong relationships with key fashion/accessories market editors, industry reporters, relevant fashion stylists and bloggers/influencers Daily communication on all client statuses to upper management and to the client Report measurable data from all campaigns to Executive Vice President, CEO and ultimately clients Consistently identify emerging industry trends and implement where they make sense for clients Act as agency point of contact for any media inquiries Help with new business/RFPs as needed Accompany clients and editors on domestic and international press trips Work closely with team to execute the client strategies and produce results in line with client PR weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly goals and tracking of brand impressions Management of Managers, Coordinator and Interns
