About The Role Our e-commerce team is quickly growing! We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy through the tactical management of all digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, site traffic, conversion, and revenue for .com. This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and oversee our third party marketing agency. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, a self-starter, and can easily switch from strategy mode to action mode. You’ll gain experience in growing a DTC site, a holistic and crossfunctional understanding of the apparel industry, and a flexible career path with a high growth company. What You’ll Do: • Oversee day-to-day operation and optimization of paid digital marketing channels such as social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging channels/media), programmatic advertising, retargeting, paid search, SEO, email, mobile, and affiliate to support our e-commerce business • Manage third party marketing agency (social media advertising, display advertising, SEM) and define KPIs and effectively drive CPAs toward targets • Manage a robust, email marketing program designed to drive engagement and sales through triggered, transactional, and marketing communications • Maximize customers lifetime value through continuous improvement on site experience, improving conversion rates, and customer profitability for the online channels • Define, report, and analyze weekly and monthly key metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of all performance marketing efforts, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis • Develop frameworks for segmentation, lifecycle and attribution analysis, working closely with our in-house data analyst • Partner with Director of Brand Marketing & Digital to ensure performance marketing efforts are consistent with the brand and full funnel marketing strategy • Support storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience • Identify opportunities for profitable growth and be ready to communicate what those are, execute accordingly and report on results Who You Are • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably for apparel) either inhouse or at a media/advertising agency • 2+ years of experience with Facebook/Instagram campaign management either in-house or at a media/advertising agency • Familiarity with performance tracking, measurement, and attribution • A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute • Proficient in Google Analytics and strong understanding of Shopify Plus backend. • Experience building and scaling acquisition and retention channels, managing technical tools and implementing testing programs • Passionate about digital marketing/performance marketing/growth marketing and always eager to learn more and keep informed on industry trends • Creative and forward thinking, with strong analytical skills and can problem solve quickly • Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to convey results and translate into actionable insights • Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to project manager and prioritize effectively • Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner • Must be agile and willing to adapt to changing needs and priorities, while still achieving goals and deadlines • Strong time management skills and able to act with a sense of urgency • Experience managing third party vendors and marketing agencies preferred
