Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Description: 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES include, but are not limited to:

Manage Executive calendar and meetings; Assist in drafting communications on behalf of the President; Act as a liaison with the rest of the ETRO team as well as external contacts; Oversee building maintenance and repairs, and the building security service; Assist with the coordination of setting up wholesale sales campaigns; Office duties Order all supplies through Staples, W.B Mason and T-Mobile
