This position encompasses all the administrative tasks and operations relative to managing the work of our artists. In this role, you will be assigned your artists’ roster and will:

Prepare and submit invoices to clients based on budgets/contracts, after approval from the agents/producers. Make revisions to invoicing when necessary ? Work closely with producers in New York and overseas to track all costs incurred during preparation, shooting and post-production phases of jobs, in order to close jobs in a accurate and timely manner Work as the interface between agents/producers and the accounting department for payables/receivables-related queries Prepare monthly earnings statements for the artists Review expenses incurred by artists and apply them toward payments Communicate with artists about payments and any other administrative topic relative to their monthly statements Escalate any administrative and/or compliance requests and/or processes exceptions to the department manager, in order to continuously build and improve best agency practices Create, update and maintain the progress of open jobs through the use of a Job Tracker Assist in month-end closing by preparing charts that analyze artists’ earnings and revenue recognition Attend and participate in weekly accounting department meetings where objectives and deadlines to meet are set Perform other tasks/duties as management deems appropriate to meet business needs
