Account Manager - Influencer
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering superior influencer communication for each client, working in tandem with the Influencer Marketing Director and larger cross-functional team. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely detail-oriented with experience in managing large, complex campaigns for high profile brands in industries spanning across fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, technology, and consumer packaged goods. The AM will collaborate with Influencer Marketing Director on large strategic accounts from execution to reporting. AM will be responsible for two crucial areas of each campaign: campaign management and campaign tracking and reporting. Candidate will be a part of a high caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. This is a high velocity and fast-paced role requiring industry expertise and a proven ability for planning and managing marketing campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:Support all aspects of projects, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution. Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation plans, and campaign schedules Lead influencer search, recruitment, negotiation and participation Proactively update project status documents, both internal and external, including: influencer lists, data sheet, weekly status agendas, payment schedule Oversee the schedule, documentation and communication of influencer payments for specific projects Prepare Scope of Work (contracts) and work with Finance & Business Affairs to ensure accurate and timely contracting and payment Contribute to internal and client calls, including creating agendas, maintaining status sheets, note taking and scheduling follow up meetings, etc. Develop streamlined processes using creative problem-solving tactics for unique campaign opportunities
Campaign Tracking & ReportingSet-up campaign tracking and manage content results and analytics, including detailed screening of campaign analytics & daily monitoring of post activity Review influencer content and ensure content creation is following all brand guidelines and legal requirements, working through revisions when necessary Collect and manage any image, text, or video assets. Track and log all content. Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve as needed
Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in influencers marketing, PR or media preferred Exceptional communication and organizational skills Must include a thorough understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch, Tik Tok and more Must have experience working with Keynote/PowerPoint Must be extremely detail oriented Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Should be excited about social strategy and have a passion for influencer marketing BA or equivalent Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!
