VP of Sales




Plan, manage, and set global business strategy with key markers for brand positioning, distribution, brand marketing, and logistics set-up.


Develop and execute a strategy to grow department sales with an emphasis on exploring specialty store opportunities Oversee all accounts Shop and shop opportunities Create a replenishment model that will accurately provide reorder projections 


Develop, mentor and coach the sales team


Collaborate with design to develop key merchandising plan communicating product opportunities and big concepts.


Assisting in retail’s assortment/buy


Partner with design and operations with respect to brand positioning, customer education and to increase market penetration.


Interface directly with our major retail account in relation to their regional strategies to develop market intelligence, promotional vehicles


Advertising budgets Co-op and sales incentives   Product knowledge Trunks Show & Events Window placement


Responsible for providing annual and seasonal sales budgets and forecasting Provide a recap on all final seasonal selling by delivery


Provide weekly sales recap.


International planning and outreach to key retailers in major international markets including Holt Renfrew, Selfridges UK, Brown Thomas, Harvey Nichols HK, Beymen, Al Othman, in collaboration with international showroom.


Collaborate with marketing partners and PR Agency to build a multi-channel marketing campaign to build brand awareness with a multi-prong initiative: personal appearances, retail marketing co-op, press outreach, social media, video content and series, VIP, and celebrity seeding.


Work across Production, Sales, Planning, and Logistics in order to provide solutions and set standards for company process; including warehousing, shipping, and credit.





4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, proven track record in a senior role working with luxury fashion brands.


Strong communications skills.


Strong organizational skills managing priorities and workflows.


Strong analytical skills.


Strong interpersonal skills with experience in supervising and managing multiple projects and cross-functional collaborations.


Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and schedules.


Self-starter who can multi-task and prioritize.
