Social Media Manager, Luxury Brand
Luxury lifestyle brand sold to high-end department stores and specialty is hiring a Social Media Manager to own all aspects of Social for the company (strategy, content, community management, influencers, research, etc). Will work hand in hand with Creative Director and report into VP of Marketing & Ecommerce. This is a lean team - must be comfortable being hands on, scrappy and creative.

Responsibilities:Develop and manage social strategy to drive brand awareness, grow followers, and build community through meaningful engagement Partner with Creative Director on all content and creative needs Develop and execute posting cadence inclusive of all corresponding copy Manage social marketing projects such as influencer partnerships & collaborations, sweepstakes, etc. from development through social execution. Cultivate influencer relationships and identify creative ways to partner. Own influencer outreach Own community management. Address all DMs and on-social comments Maintain accountability for driving all social media KPIs. Including but not limited to brand followers, engagement, social-specific activation performance (revenue, etc.) and owned and earned referral traffic Use analytics to track social media programs, define best practices and drive strategy. Develop reporting tools to analyze social media growth and performance Provide BTS coverage at campaign shoots and brand events Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media technologies. Report on best practices and educate the organization as appropriate Partner cross-functionally, as needed, for execution of all social projects
Requirements4+ years experience in fashion and digital space with a thorough knowledge of social media Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills with a vast understanding of social networks Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment who is well organized and able to manage multiple projects Strategic and creative thinker who excels in executing against brand initiatives Highly proficient in social media tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong familiarity with digital analytics and social media monitoring tools. Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus. Existing fashion blog and/or a strong social media presence ideal
