Senior Sales Assistant / Sales Associate for luxury casual women’s ready-to-wear and accessories brand founded ove 10 years ago  Responsibilities would include Acting as a brand ambassador and Account / Sales Management , supporting the wholesale team in all respects, including: - Maintain and build key and boutique account relationships. - Manage seasonal sales targets and monitor account-specific performance. - Manage order entry process and ensure reporting accuracy. - Oversee weekly sell-through performance by account. - Manage in-season inventory and initiate ideas for swaps and/or reorders to maximize profitability. - Support the wholesale team in scheduling, preparing for, and running market appointments. - Train accounts' in-store sales staff on brand story, season inspiration, and merchandise features. - Partner with the production and operations team in product cancellations, market recaps, shipping projections, and account-specific requests. - Support account-specific needs with respects to sample needs and special requests. - This position will report to the Senior Account Executive and Director of Sales. Qualifications: - 1-3 yrs relevant wholesale experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Strong understanding of ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team setting and multi-task
