Senior Account Executive

Description: 

Hi Volume Apparel company looking for Senior Account Executive to manage Dillards.  Very fast paced environment.  Must be good with numbers as well as a strong seller.  Will be responsible for handling existing business as well as growing business.  Should be familiar with Dillards portal.  Apparel or active experience preferred.

Consistently analyze product-selling reports, identifying opportunities for growth and missed opportunities

Weekly recap best/worst sellers with recommendations for ATS and review of future on order

Propose target pricing with gross margin chart with ATS for management approval

Collaborate with planning on location selling, conclusions and recommendations (where appropriate)

Work with buyer on key pricing strategies and align with promotional calendar

Market/Showroom

Set up seasonal market appointments

Create on brand assortments executing seasonal fashions messages with balance of key items.  Ensure all National Ad styles are purchased.

Collaborate with production on key pricing strategies to be approved by management

Prior to market have selling history reviewed and recommendations on assortment presented in appointment

Ensure orders received and reviewed by due date

Replace any cancellations with similar styles and quantities/dollars

Set up and email Infinity report 1 week prior to market appointment

Order Maintenance

Review open order report for timely EDI’s

Reconcile EDI discrepancies within 24 hours

Ensure appropriate start and cancel dates

Monitor shipping status
