Responsibilities:

Manage order process from item creation, order entry, warehouse shipping New item set up forms for customers Track shipments/inventory and interface with customers regarding delays EDI 850/860 monitoring & processing communicate with customer to make any necessary corrections/changes to EDIs and ensure retransmissions are properly processed in a timely manner Communicate daily with warehouse teams to ensure all POs shipped correctly and on time within vendor routing requirements Update sales reports every week for Replenishment & Fashion Upon new season placements responsible for entering bulk orders per sales orders Create sales orders in PLM and submit to production Process all customer orders and provide Pick tickets to warehouse. Review status of sales orders weekly with Sales Executive Enter order manually into AMT system for non-EDI customers

 Requirements:

Detail oriented and highly organized Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop) Ability to multi-task, take initiative and problem solving Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly in a fast paced environment  

Skills and Requirements: 

Some EDI/ERP Software experience, preferably PLM/AMT Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).  Ability to analyze and solve problems and think independently Experience communicating with warehouses Experience analyzing inventory and various related reports. Analytical with excellent retail math abilities Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities Experienced working Kohl’s Connection/Kohl’s K-Link online portals, SPS
