The office manager supports the founders with fabric & sample organization, project assistance and personal matters.
Responsibilities:Answer all incoming calls with proper greeting, announce and direct calls to appropriate person Meet and greet all visitors, announce their arrival to the appropriate person and escort them to the meeting location Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, bills, and errands Schedule and manage office appointments Ensure showroom and work space are always clean and organized Organize office operations and procedures Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and office management, ensuring that all items are invoiced and passed off to accounts payable in a timely manner Coordinate travel arrangements, flights and hotel accommodations; Manage reservations and create detailed trip itineraries Organize fabrics, samples and archive Organize collections neatly in showroom Create and execute worksheets for special projects Assist with various personal matters in a highly discreet manner
