Marketing Project Manager

Cool Digitally Native Women's brand  is seeking a self-directed and highly motivated Project Manager to take ownership of projects, processes and other initiatives that evolve and enhance how the brand engages with its customers via digital and IRL experiences pertaining to product/partnership launches and marketing needs. As a member of the team, the Project Manager will work closely with cross functional partners to bring new product launches and marketing initiatives to market. This person will be lead for the creative team and marketing teams as they concept, produce and deliver on the marketing calendar needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manage and lead projects cross-functionally for Creative and Marketing and Product teams ? Understand business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify optimal processes and procedures to ensure successful outcomes of the projects ? Receive, verify, distribute and kick off all briefs and assignments in a timely manner ? Proactively partner with internal teams to ensure strategy and briefing assignments are accurate and are in line with agreed-upon timelines ? Track and manage projects through concepting, approvals, and distribution of final assets to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects. Create actionable schedules for each project briefed, track progress against schedule and communicate follow-ups and adjustments as needed ? Drive projects forward, ensuring clear, on-going and transparent communication among cross-functional teams and partners throughout the life cycle of a project, setting expectations and providing timely updates ? Monitor project health, proactively problem-solving and communicating changes and status to teams ? Identify and help implement new processes to further collaboration and efficiencies ? Update project management systems so projects are tracked and status is up to date ? Help implement Project Management in house REQUIREMENTS: ? 4+ years of project management or related operational or production experience in brand, ecommerce, or related fields required ? Experience, interest in and understanding of social platforms, trends, best practices and/or production processes of social media, digital design and video production ? Bachelor’s degree required ? Proven ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, juggling numerous projects at once, and proactively source the relevant information from key stakeholders. ? Comfortable and confident working creatively and collaboratively with various team members across the business. ? Strong, professional and effective verbal communication skills. ? Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines. ? Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced environment. ? Familiarity with project and production management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, AirTable, Jira, ShowManager, Media Silo, Basecamp) or similar ? Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal communication ? Organized, accurate, detail- and deadline-oriented ? Articulate, flexible, collaborative, and approachable ? Strong leadership, diplomacy and negotiation skills COMPETENCIES: ?
