License Manager / Brand Manager
License Management:Analyze all financial submissions by Licensee. Monthly wholesale shipments and retail sales Quarterly royalty reports and seasonal bookings 3 year Business Plans Evaluate market trends, competitive position and business news by category. Conducting audits. Budget Planning. Manage & maintain license agreements & contract negotiations for the related license. Agree annual business plans with licenses by category, to include plans for retail distribution, sales growth, NPD and brand support. Work closely with the Key Account Managers to nurture successful relationships with major store buyers.
Relationship Management:Drive growth while controlling distribution (maintain detail records relating to distribution, account approvals, etc.) Develop network of relationships and partnerships with Licensees. Worked cross functionally with internal parties in order to facilitate the management of licensed products. Protect Brand DNA and image.
Manage compliance related to the brand & license.
Product Management:Ensure that for each product category the product development reflects the brand and approval process are standardized in order to maintain integrity of the brand. Develop, maintain and coordinate timelines Work hand in hand with Sales team, Designers & Brand team.
Marketing & Promotions:Responsible for overall strategy, day to day marketing and advertising initiatives. Monitor contractual spends. Seasonal media plans and activities/events. Assist with visual merchandising requests with related vendors. POP displays, in-store animations, fixtures and packaging.
Finance Interface:Coordinate with finance team to prepare and deliver all reports to licensor. Oversee cost sheets, monitor contribution margin and budgeted shipments and sales.
