Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Support Sales Director in all related Sales activities Update sales analysis on a weekly basis Process incoming orders Analyze shipping/tracking of delivery flow on a daily basis to ensure seamless process to accounts Perform daily review of shipments for each account; partner with customer service/Shipping and coordinate to secure and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders Develop working relationship with all accounts Managing orders/reorders Maintain and set up product for any customer appointments  Participate in preparation for all Trade Show Work closely with Marketing on all necessary materials needed for accounts    Provide expert knowledge of all products to customers as needed  Handle and follow-up on all customer issues, repairs etc.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

2-3 Years’ experience Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solutions oriented and ability to multi task in a fast-paced sales environment Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Must be analytical and have great problem-solving skills and assist clients with any issues or troubleshooting; must be tech savvy Must have positive and friendly attitude with great fashion aesthetics Flexible to work hours required by the seasonal market calendar Must possess great analytical, organizational skills Strong understanding of retail math a plus Must be detailed oriented and have great time management skills
