Integrated Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES • Define and execute the marketing communications plan including advertising, PR, influencer, social media, sampling and promotions. • Manage agency team to create and execute unique marketing communications that appeal to moms. • Own the brand budget and evaluate ROI to optimize spending and drive efficiency. • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the U.S. baby care market including competitors and consumers. • Support annual planning process to create operational marketing plan. • Partner with key accounts to develop strong customer specific marketing programs.
REQUIREMENTS • 3-5 years of CPG marketing experience – baby product experience a plus. • Consumer obsessed. • Strong strategic thinking capabilities. • Competence in brand development and marketing tactic execution. • Detailed knowledge of digital, social and traditional marketing vehicles. • Ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of individuals and audiences. • Skilled in prioritizing, organizing and managing multiple projects. • Ability to work independently in a lean organization: detail-oriented, self-starter, hands-on. • Detail oriented. • Analytical. • Marketing agency and cross functional experience a plus.
