HR Manager


Join a luxury company in NYC that continues to grow and looking for an HR Manager, to support Human Resource function and reporting into the CFO/COO for US and International business, frame out the brands vision and engage, develop and retain talent. Overall competencies will include talent acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll etc. Formal HR training accompanied with creative and solution focused outlook is ideal.  Key responsibilities: - Lead recruitment searches for corporate and store management positions  - Support the development and delivery of the Company's Strategy. - Support executive team by tracking People KPIs, improving standards and delivering objectives - Identify HR priorities, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement; researching and sourcing best practice, proposing and delivering commercial solutions which enhance the employee experience - Develop and embed great HR practices which reinforce company culture and our employer branding - Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management issues, ensuring a consistent level of service and approach is taken - Attract/recruit proactively as needed; facilitate succession planning (Identify training needs and focus areas for development of employees)
