Head Of Marketing


The Head of Marketing will be responsible for working with the leadership team and local sales teams to develop and deliver marketing programs that help to meet the business’s revenue targets.


With your knowledge and expertise, you will identify new marketing opportunities (events, paid, and owned media), and work to build Concrete’s brand reputation in a way that drives a sustainable pipeline of new-logo business, as well as growth across our portfolio of globally recognized retail brands.  


The role will be based in New York, and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. Occasional travel (including international may be required).



Ownership of the website, including SEO efforts to ensure the business continues to rank against its target keywords. Running ad-hoc paid campaigns (for example, across LinkedIn) Liaising with our event partners, and managing our attendance at a series of high-quality industry events. Content generation (customer case studies, blog posts, and more). Keeping our owned media channels (i.e.: LinkedIn, Twitter, blog), fed with relevant and engaging thought leadership content. Working with local sales teams to build outbound prospecting campaigns. Identify new marketing tools that will improve team efficiency. Identify new marketing opportunities. Run the marketing plan to an agreed budget.


Key skills:

Proven experience working in a B2B marketing environment. Strong copywriting skills. Data-driven, with experience using marketing technologies such Google Analytics, Outreach, and Salesforce CRM. Understanding of SEO, and experience building a content strategy that increases organic site traffic. Excellent organizational skills (project managing event attendance and logistics). Strong people skills, and an ability to engage at a customer level. Ability to manage tasks and balance requirements from multiple regions. Results-driven, with ability to report back to management on marketing Roil. Proactive with a desire to “get stuck in” and the lead the charge in marketing. Technical website support will be provided, but experience with web platform / content management systems is a bonus. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, etc.) a bonus.
