Head of Ecommerce


The Head of E-Commerce will lead the company in optimizing the complete experience on the company’s website to drive customer engagement and sales growth. 

Maintain digital merchandising strategy, site calendar, marketing assets and product catalog including product creation (asset creation, go-live) Lead all e-commerce reporting including customer behavior and purchase data Lead all SEO efforts to ensure the site is best positioned for search results Ensure constant analysis of customer behavior and testing to optimize site functionality, marketing assets and other creative to increase conversion and drive incremental sales Lead and oversee daily QA of site for issues such as bugs, broken images, load speed, etc. Oversee e-commerce systems to ensure all product/data feeds and mapping rules are functioning properly Manage all Evaluate new tools that may be available for further optimizing the business Research and analyze best practices from competitors across leading e-commerce platforms
