Global skincare brand seeking a Global Marketing Manager


A hands-on marketing manager to partner with the Global Brand Director for execution of marketing programs in a fast-paced department.  This is a small department where everyone wears multiple hats.  The position will manage both product and brand initiatives, across 360 channels.  The manager will be incorporated into larger strategic meetings to gain an understanding of the different areas of marketing while supporting the tactics. 


Assist with the implementation and development of the company’s overall Global Marketing strategies, campaigns and global marketing calendar Act as the central liaison in the development of Marketing programs supporting brand and new product launches; collaborating with Internal teams (Creative, Product Development, Operations, Sales, PR) to ensure strategic needs, assets, timelines and routing approvals are created and met Support Global Brand Director in writing and issuing project briefs and other formal internal communications; assist in creative copy development of new product and brand campaigns Manage external PR agency and PR efforts, inclusive of comp closet, mailings, timelines, releases and monthly recaps Schedule and lead weekly marketing/creative meetings to assist Creative Services dept. with deliverables.  Act as a “producer” to move all projects along the correct and confirmed timelines Prepare, maintain and distribute Global Executional Guidelines that include all new product launch information Prepare marketing and brand presentation decks for all brand meetings (ie market week) Manage Partnership Marketing with current and new partners, fostering the relationship and identifying brand opportunities Help maintain an on-time budget for monthly reporting and reconciliation Ad hoc job-related activities Some travel in the US required


Must possess creative, analytical, organizational and communication skills Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with Members of cross-functional teams Demonstrated interest in brand strategy, brand marketing and 360 activation/development Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Problem solver who can deal with ambiguity Action and result oriented A love for beauty and New York while possessing a creative spirit Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred 3-4 years' experience, Beauty industry preferred
