HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Achieve sales and profitability objectives for owned ecommerce channels, amazon.com, and other pure play online retail channels Develop a complete sales and marketing plan for online channels Analyze performance KPI’s, consumer behavior and identify growth opportunities Develop the digital calendar of promotions and featured collections to ensure YOY channel growth while also creating new customer experiences Employee strategy to align branding initiatives, promotional activities, and execute new functionality with retail stores and .com sites Develop and integrate search, display, and site merchandising strategies to support and drive sales for each product group Manage overall relationship with 3rd party technology partners to continue to enhance the customer experience Create a multi-channel shopping experience and leverage content creation and experience across all online channels of distribution Partner with all cross-functional teams to plan, strategize and execute business goals including Digital Marketing, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Sales and, Distribution Identify new business opportunities relating to Amazon and other eCommerce channels and implement campaigns the drive positive ROI Monitor and report on developing e-commerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities, assist procurement team with pricing trends/data, and recommend and execute new initiatives
