Education Program Assistant
We are seeking a full-time entry-level Education Program Assistant to support the portfolio of programs including scholarships, career placement, mentoring, and alumni engagement. The Program Assistant will work closely with the Director of Education Programs and cross functionally with team members to ensure all programs are executed to the properly to deliver a positive impact on constituents.
Core Responsibilities:Assist with the management of the digital scholarship selection platform Develop campus collateral for the annual scholarship competition Collect and update information on member schools and recruitment partners Develop the existing digital alumni engagement platform Prepare progress reports on all education programs Edit the website as needed Prepare and print materials for meetings
Required Skills:Ability to work effectively to meet time-sensitive deadlines Highly motivated and willing to take on new projects Demonstrated team player with strong organizational skills and ability to go the extra mile when needed Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of Squarespace is a plus, but not required
Education:Recent College graduate or working toward a Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline.
