Customer Service Specialist


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner. Responding to phone queries. Providing customers with accurate quotes on our merchandise. Entering orders for merchandise accurately and efficiently. Addressing customer questions concerning product availability, and lead time. Develop and maintain broad knowledge of our products, procedures and policies. Support clients needs with special and customized ordering. Effective inter-company communication with different departments to achieve full customer satisfaction.
