Account Executive

NYC Based women's brand is looking for an Account Executive to grow both their RTW and Skincare lines

Responsibilities:

Work with Head of Product on building out overall distribution strategy for various product categories in brand's offering Direct management of existing wholesale accounts Build target account list and strategy by product category Proactive outreach on behalf of brand to new premium + specialty stocklists and partners within nationwide target list. Strategize and build a successful off-price plan and relationships Support of new wholesaler launch of the brand and management moving forward: signage and collateral needs, brand and product education, promotions Ownership of ongoing relationship management with our stockists Partner with Director of Events + Partnerships on driving strategic events and community building within new wholesaler locations throughout the year Partner with logistics on order fulfillment and management Forecast product availability and communicate needs to appropriate teams to ensure on time delivery Analyze stockist productivity/sell-through and keep track of orders and replenishment opportunities on weekly basis

Qualifications Desired:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale within the fashion industry Prior customer sales/marketing experience within smaller-scale specialty and department store businesses-- not only supporting existing wholesaler relationships but building new distribution Excellent communication and customer service skills; positive and proactive attitude Ability to stay organized while multitasking  Proficient in Microsoft office and retail math Comfortable in agile, startup environment -- equal parts analytical business mindset & scrappy + creative
